Free Under ACC
You do not need a referral to call Injury Helpline, we are here to provide first-contact care for you.
If you have suffered an injury and meet eligibility criteria, we are able to lodge the claim with ACC on your behalf over the phone. This is all thanks to the NEW system with ACC where they are now supporting phone and video consults to remove barriers of rehabilitation.
Our friendly and experienced team at Injury Helpline will help you with whatever you may need and are happy to answer questions.

Tele/Phone Consultations
After your initial call, our team of providers will redirect you to a key worker, another physiotherapist who will be responsible for working with you over the long term if this is required.
Your key worker will work with you in the means that you prefer, either phone or video call, at a frequency that is agreed to follow up, make changes and provide more information as your injury progresses to full recovery.

Exercise Prescription
A big part of Physiotherapy and rehabilitation is having the right exercises to help you recover.
There is NO additional charges for exercise programs with Injury Helpline, the cost is included within the consultation price.
If you have an ACC claim- all exercise programs are included as FREE under ACC.
If you are a private/non-injury related patient refer to private pricing in the 2 the left.
If you require an exercise program, your key physiotherapist will send you a link following your appointment to log into our SimpleSet system where you will have a custom program and videos on how to do all exercises.
